Introduction

For all of us, freedom is a fundamental value. We want to enjoy the choice to spend our life in a manner that suits us by pursuing personal goals and exploring what creates a deeper meaning in life. At least that is what we want to believe until the full force of life hits us in the face. Every week, we typically spend a minimum of five days out of seven, mostly working to earn our basic living and recover. In the few hours of “free” time that is left, we focus on the basic needs of our family and taking care of normal everyday duties. Taking part in the rat race of the world and stalling the freedom we deserve until our dreams fade away to memories.
